Are Reinvention Compounds products third-party tested?

• Yes. Every batch goes through independent third-party testing by HYTE Research Labs — a 6-point protocol covering purity analysis, identity verification, net content verification, heavy metals testing, endotoxin testing, and sterility testing. Every product page has a QR code that links directly to that batch's Certificate of Analysis (COA), so you're never taking our word for it.

Where are your compounds manufactured?

• We manufacture our compounds in our own US-based lab in the Carolinas. Rather than relabeling finished vials from an overseas supplier, we source raw materials and complete manufacturing in-house, fill to finish.

What does "research use only" mean?

• Every product sold on this site is intended strictly for laboratory research and is not approved for human or veterinary use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here should be interpreted as a dosing recommendation for personal use.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

• Orders that are in by 3 pm EST are processed and shipped within the same business day of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

My package is delayed — what happened?

• Once your order is scanned and accepted by the carrier, it's in their hands, not ours. Carrier delays — weather, regional processing backlogs, mis-routing, or other transit issues — are outside of our control once a package leaves our facility. We ship every order with tracking so you can follow it in real time, and if tracking shows a real problem (stalled for several days, marked delivered but not received, etc.), reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

• We currently ship to Canada and Europe. Please note that international orders are DDU.

Do you ship to US Territories?

• Yes. When shipping to a US Territory, please select the USPS Priority mail option. This will also be used as the shipping carrier for all orders that qualify for Free Shipping to US Territories as well.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

• Yes, we do when USPS is selected for shipping.

Why is my product a freeze-dried powder instead of a liquid?

• All Reinvention Compounds peptides ship lyophilized — freeze-dried into a stable powder. This is standard for research peptides, and it's intentional: removing the water from the compound is what gives it a long shelf life and keeps it stable in transit, without needing refrigerated shipping. It also means the vial may look like it contains very little material — that's normal. Without bulking agents or fillers, a few milligrams of pure peptide can look like almost nothing in the bottom of the vial. Your full labeled amount is there.

What's the shelf life?

• Lyophilized material is the most stable form and holds up well over the long term when stored refrigerated or frozen and protected from light. See the product page and batch Certificate of Analysis for storage conditions.

Can I combine my discount code with a sale or other coupon?

• No. Discount codes, promotional sale pricing, and store credit each apply on their own — they cannot be stacked or combined with one another unless specified. Only one discount method can be applied per order.

I have store credit — can I use it during a sale?

• Store credit can be applied to any order, but it cannot be combined with an active sale discount or a separate coupon code. If an order qualifies for both, only one will apply at checkout — whichever gives you the better value is worth checking before you complete the purchase.

Does store credit expire?

• Store credit is good for 1 full calendar year after date of issue
