Eligibility for Returns
Unopened Products: All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or restocked. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or defective, in which case an exchange may be requested. All claims are subject to review to verify the reported condition.
Opened Products (Damaged or Defective):
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
