Eligibility for Returns
Disclaimer: We do not process refunds if a dispute or chargeback is open with any payment processor. Customers must withdraw and fully resolve any disputes before a return or refund will be considered.
Unopened Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, prolonged shipping can compromise their quality and integrity. All sales are final; we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase is made. The only exception is if a product arrives damaged or defective, in which case an exchange may be requested. All claims are subject to review to verify the reported condition.
Opened Products (Damaged or Defective):
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
